Mistake #8: I know that from my own experience. Sure, I like a guy to help me in the house and to share things like reading books and watching movies, but he definitely shouldn't be a doormat. I want to feel safe and protected when I'm with a man, and if he lets me walk all over him, I feel like I'm the one to protect him.
